do you want the block bored?  Do you want the head worked?  There is many many questions to ask yourself when you want to build a motor.  Talk to Scott and discuss your goals.  He will be more than honest with you and how much it will cost!!!

Well I was hoping scott would leave some input on this thread... Head worked, yes. Block bored, pricey... but maybe. and far as power i would like to have 220 whp. I can probably get that all motor... but i would love to have MORE! lol but i would be alright with 220.

Scott is a busy man!  It takes a little bit but he will get back to ya.  The guys there at collective are the ones to talk to.  They will help you achieve your goals.  Good luck

220 from a stock block GSR will be a little difficult IMO.

You need around a 2.0 usually as a minimum.

Sleeve the block to 84.5mm
Put in an LS crank, high compression pistons, good lightweight rods, and knife-edge and balance the crank.
Get a good port job, flat faced valves, deck the head a little......Sping it to 9k and make some awesome numbers.

Scott might have a slightly different approach, but I think he'll agree on most parts.

I would sacrifice some comfort....AC and PS are overrated!
You wouldnt be able to run as much compression... but everything else should be fine.
