Finally... after 4 years, Crisgo is back with a vengance. He finally got his engine that I built tuned and let me tell you, that I am super impressed.
Even though this build was concieved over 5 years ago, It is still up on things current for B series engines today. The build is very basic.. Sleeved block, 84.5mm bore, combined with an 89mm crank (LS), 11.5/1 Compression, Skunk stage 2 cams... and so on.
The engine made 213.3 whp and 151.3 wtq. I am very happy with the results. When we were at Locash for tuning, Joe told us that "only 3 all motor B series engines only made over 200 whp on his dyno". This was #2. I consider that killer due to how many B series cars have made it to Joe's facility. I know Crisgo is working on the suspension for the "Mini All Motor Challenge", so I am expecting great results from his car. Stay tunned... Grin

that sounded great when he was making the pull.  I think I will have to change my shorts.  I'm still fairly new.  What kind of motor and car.  I could make a guess but I don't want to feel like a jacka$$!!!   Tongue  Roll Eyes  Cool  Shocked  Grin  Cheesy  Wink  Smiley

Thats cool you got the last pull on video.  Thanks Scotty.  It fells like the car has been sitting forever so I'm greatful for your help with everything considering it was a last minute type of decision to try to finish this car and get it tuned.  Hopefully the suspension and a few other things can be on there before the "mini all motor challange".  And maybe then I can wash the car too  Grin

Wow, I thought that I was the only one that builds a motor and then waits a couple of years to get it tuned.  Great job guys!  Is that an RMF header?  At what RPM did the motor make that power?  Does the dyno at Locash read higher, lower, or the same as the typical Dynojet?

Scott, the header is a DTR. I don't know much about them, but I built another engine just about identicle to this that uses the same header in Rick James' car. Both headers were bought at the same time and seem to work well as the power of Rick's engine is just about the same as Crisgo's.

Joe caims his dyno reads about 8% lower than a typical dynojet.
