Got a FPR. Adjusted pressure. Runs pretty good up top with stumbling. Still kinda have the problem in the bottom end. ALso I have an exhaust backfire. I was wondering if maybe my coil is acting up. I checked my timing today it was where it was suppose to be. I am still lost with this. The only thing i have left to change on the fuel side is the pump and filter.

So the on going saga. Pretty much figure that my oil loss is due to me not having enough air and running rich due to that fact. So a bigger Tbody in a couple weeks. My question is : would the lack of air significantly affect my vtec?  It will kinda stumble at crossover. Also does 220 psi across the board sound like good compression for a GZR motor?

What's Properly? I am just trying to get running right on a stock ecu. I shouldnt need a tune for a stock motor and some basic bolt-ons.

I could see your point, but tuning has nothing to do with my problems. I have seen plenty of cars run with basics and a stock ecu.
